How much will my manomano website cost? +
Starting at $147/month for the Esencial plan. That includes a 5-page bilingual site, hosting, SSL, lead form, automated emails, on-page SEO, and unlimited update requests. See the pricing page for Pro and Premium tiers.
How does pricing work? +
Flat monthly fee. Same price every month, no surprises. Cancel anytime, no contract.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee? +
If you don't love your site within the first 7 days, you get 75% back, no questions asked. After 7 days the site is built and payments aren't refundable — but you can still cancel anytime.
Will my manomano website have SEO built in? +
Yes. Every site gets bilingual on-page SEO: meta tags, structured data (JSON-LD), hreflang, optimized images, clean URLs. We don't promise Google rankings — those depend on your content and competition — but the technical foundation is solid.
Can you provide images? +
We optimize images you send us. For stock we recommend Unsplash, Pexels, or paid sources like Shutterstock. For original photography we'll point you to a photographer.
Can you provide content? +
Copy yes — we draft your bilingual copy in EN and ES based on a brief you fill out (5 minutes). You review and edit. Photos and videos: you provide, we optimize and place.
How fast will I receive my designs? +
Initial site within 1–2 business days from brief submission. Ongoing requests: 48 hours for Esencial, 24 hours for Pro and Premium.
How does onboarding work? +
1) You fill a 5-minute brief. 2) You pay your first month. 3) We send a personalized Loom welcome in your preferred language. 4) Your initial site is live within 2 days. 5) You get a Trello board for ongoing requests.
Who are the designers? +
You work directly with Johan, Sebastian, and Nicolás — the three partners running manomano. No call centers, no juniors, no outsourcing. We respond to your messages personally.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make? +
Unlimited requests. One active at a time, with the next queuing automatically when we deliver.
How does the pause feature work? +
Pause anytime. Your remaining days carry over when you resume. No penalty.
How do you handle larger requests? +
Larger requests (new sections, integrations, custom features) get broken into smaller chunks that fit our 48-hour turnaround. We'll tell you exactly how it'll be staged before we start.
How will I request designs? +
Through Trello. You add a card describing what you want, attach references, and we get to work. You can see exactly where every request is in the queue.
What if I don't like the design? +
Unlimited revisions. We iterate until you love it — that's part of the subscription. If after several rounds it still isn't landing, that's a signal we're not the right fit and we'll part ways cleanly.
Are there requests you don't support? +
We don't do bulk SEO content writing, social media management, paid ads management, or major custom software development beyond what your site needs. Everything that fits within 'design + build + maintain your website' is fair game.
What if I only have a single request? +
That works. Sign up, send the request, get it back in 48 hours, cancel. We respect short-term needs — that's why there's no contract.
Can I use manomano for just a month? +
Yes. Sign up, get your site live, use it for a month, cancel. The 75% refund window applies if you cancel within the first 7 days.
