1. The service
manomano provides web design, development, and software on a monthly subscription basis. The subscription includes site building, hosting, SSL, on-page SEO, automated emails, and unlimited update requests delivered within 48 hours on average.
2. Subscription and billing
Your subscription bills monthly on the date you subscribe. Pricing is flat — no surprise charges. Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. We do not store your payment card details.
3. Cancellation, upgrade and downgrade
You may cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your subscription at any time without penalty. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — no pro-rating, no fees. Upon cancellation, your website goes offline at the end of the cycle. You retain full ownership of your domain registration regardless of subscription status. Source code is not transferred upon cancellation.
4. Refunds
If you cancel within 7 days of your first charge, you receive 75% back. After 7 days, refunds are not issued. Full details on our refund policy page.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of all content (text, images, brand assets, copy) you provide to us. We use it only to build and maintain your site, and we do not share or sell it.
6. Our work
Designs and code created specifically for your site belong to you on an exclusive basis when your account is in good standing. Internal templates, tooling, and frameworks we develop remain ours and may be reused on other projects.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to host or distribute illegal content, malware, spam, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. We may suspend the service if we detect a violation, with reasonable notice when possible.
8. Limitation of liability
We provide the service "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Active subscribers will be notified by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after that notice means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bogotá, Colombia.
