A clinic that listens in two languages, 24/7.
INDE's site routes intake requests to staff during business hours. But patients ask questions at midnight, and no clinic can staff a bilingual support team around the clock without burning budget. The bot fills that gap.
We built a guided assistant that lives natively on WhatsApp. It walks patients through scheduling (authorization, ID type, document number, patient name, service requested), answers FAQ about procedures and pricing, and escalates anything requiring medical judgment to a real human within the team.
Stack: Meta's WhatsApp Business API for the channel, Twilio for message routing and orchestration, and MongoDB storing conversation state, scheduling slots, and handoff context. When the flow hits a point only a doctor can decide, it hands off cleanly with full context — the patient doesn't repeat themselves and the doctor walks in already briefed.
